1. Understand Why Your Account Is Frozen | अकाउंट फ्रीज क्यों हुआ
सबसे पहले यह समझना ज़रूरी है कि bank account freeze क्यों किया गया। Common reasons हैं:
- Cyber cell को किसी complaint में आपके account number का mention मिलना।
- Fraud transaction या phishing के ज़रिए किसी scam में आपका account use होना।
- किसी third party ने गलत तरीके से आपके account में पैसा भेजा हो।
Bank accounts को Section 102 CrPC या Section 105 BNSS 2023 के तहत freeze किया जा सकता है।
2. Contact Your Bank Immediately | बैंक से तुरंत संपर्क करें
सबसे पहले अपने bank branch manager या customer care से contact करें और पूछें:
- Freeze का reason क्या है?
- किस authority (cyber cell / police) ने order दिया है?
- क्या कोई case number या FIR number available है?
Bank से official freeze letter या reference mail की copy लें।
3. Gather All Supporting Documents | जरूरी डॉक्यूमेंट तैयार करें
Unfreeze application देने से पहले नीचे दिए डॉक्यूमेंट ready रखें:
- Aadhaar card, PAN card की copy
- Bank statement (last 3–6 months)
- Proof of genuine transactions (invoice, receipt, UPI screenshot)
- Bank letter या freeze email copy
- कोई भी communication cyber cell से
4. Submit Application to Cyber Crime Cell | साइबर सेल में आवेदन करें
अब आपको Cyber Crime Police Station को एक written application देना होता है जिसमें आप अपनी innocence explain करें और No Objection Certificate (NOC) request करें।

5. Submit Copy to Bank’s Nodal Officer | बैंक नोडल ऑफिसर को आवेदन दें
Cyber Cell में आवेदन देने के बाद, उसी application की copy और documents Bank Nodal Officer (Fraud / Cyber Dept.) को भी भेजें ताकि unfreeze process जल्दी शुरू हो सके।
6. Approach the Court if No Response | अगर जवाब न मिले तो कोर्ट जाएं
अगर cyber cell या bank 15–30 दिन तक कोई जवाब नहीं देता, तो आपका lawyer court petition दाखिल कर सकता है —
under Section 451 CrPC या Section 111 BNSS 2023, to get a court order for unfreezing the account.
Court evidence verify करके, अगर आपको innocent पाता है, तो bank को unfreeze करने का order देता है।
7. Expected Time Frame | अनुमानित समय सीमा
- Cyber Cell Review – 7 to 20 working days
- Bank Action after NOC – 2 to 3 working days
- Court Order (if needed) – 2 to 4 weeks

8. Safety Tips to Avoid Future Freezes | भविष्य में अकाउंट फ्रीज से बचाव के टिप्स
- Unknown persons से पैसे receive या send न करें।
- WhatsApp, Telegram, या investment links पर भरोसा न करें।
- किसी को भी OTP या account details न दें।
- किसी भी suspicious transaction को तुरंत 1930 या www.cybercrime.gov.in पर report करें।
